Donia Allen

EXECUTIVE COACH

 

Donia Elizabeth Allen has coached leaders at many organizations, among them Meta, the State Department, Mass General Brigham, and Ted.com. Her clients hail from fields as diverse as the nonprofit arts world, academia, and healthcare technology. She sees people development as a creative process that privileges curiosity, empathy, and a willingness to embrace change.

Allen is certified as a coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She partners with leaders to achieve their professional and personal goals, and in service to high-trust, psychologically safe workplaces. She recently received a Healthcare Leadership Coach Certification from the Pyramid Resource Group’s Healthcare Coaching Institute and is working towards her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification.

Allen is an experienced facilitator and a SHRM-certified human resources professional with a strong interest in the human part of human resources. She holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Columbia University, a Master of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and completed her undergraduate work at Brown University.
