At Claria, coaching is a team endeavor.

It can only succeed if it’s a true partnership, between organization, employee and coach. The ultimate goal: to catalyze the  growth and development of all people at all levels of the organization. Using tools like self-assessments, verbal 360’s, and performance feedback, we challenge leaders to recognize their impact on others and the broader ecosystem, push them to address what’s holding them back, and arm them with skills and  behaviors that will help them be successful. 

 

Executive Coaching 

Our executive coaches help leaders improve their performance and support their goals for the organization. They serve as neutral sounding boards, giving organizational leaders a listening ear when working through decisions or seeking personal improvement by supporting them to gain more awareness about how to reach their goals. The executive coach provides a safe, structured, and trustworthy environment in which to offer support for the individual. The coach also helps the leader understand their current competencies, see how they’re perceived by others, and focuses on identifying and clarifying current goals and next steps to reach those goals.

 

Development Coaching 

Development coaching aims to enhance a persons ability to meet both current and future role expectations. Understanding their growth goals, assessing current skills and capabilities we work with them to identify gaps. This work informs the development plan that guides the coaching engagement to help them attain their goals. 

 

Team Coaching 

Working together with key stakeholders we partner with a team and its dynamics and relationships in a way that inspires them to maximize their abilities, reflect on their performance and potential in order to reach their common purpose and shared goals.

 

Performance Coaching 

When behaviors or skill gaps interfere with employees performance or job responsibilities a coach can provide an objective perspective and open the employees mind to new ways of approaching situations. In collaboration with the employee and their manager the coach will recommend an initial assessment and create in partnership with the employee a development plan. This development plan guides the coaching conversations to set the employee up for success.
