Sandy is a seasoned executive coach and has been coaching senior executives and leaders at all levels for over fifteen years. She quickly builds trust with her clients, understands their challenges, and partners with them to make great strides forward on their most important development goals.

Sandy brings her deep insights, humor, and passion to her coaching sessions. She utilizes a variety of coaching tools, techniques and methods to help her clients identify underlying assumptions and ineffective patterns, develop new perspectives and approaches, and create actions to enhance their leadership effectiveness and impact.

She was trained at the Coaches Training Institute, and is certified in EQi (Emotional Intelligence), MBTi, Hogan, Enneagram, and a number of 360 degree feedback instruments including Korn-Ferry/PDI and the Leadership Versatility Index (LVI).

In the past, Sandy held leadership positions in Leadership and Organizational Development at a number of large firms including Fidelity Investments, Colgate-Palmolive, and The TJX Companies, and at several smaller companies that span the technology, software, and healthcare industries. As a coach, she has worked with clients across a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, biotech, financial services, software, healthcare, and consumer goods.

Sandy has a B.S. in Business from The State University of New York, and a MEd in Human Resources Development from Boston University. Originally from New York, she now lives outside of Boston with her family and enjoys travel, singing, and being on the water.
