Michelle Ridgley has a wealth of experience in the field of Learning & Talent Development. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in coaching and consulting to enhance human capital potential and inspire growth within organizations. Her expertise covers a broad range of areas, including talent assessment, talent management, organizational development, change management, learning strategy, design, delivery, analysis, and facilitation.

Michelle is known for her success in working with businesses at all levels and building trust to form effective partnerships. Her passion lies in helping organizations and individuals realize their full potential, and she leverages her extensive knowledge of talent development, organizational needs, and her understanding of systems and human behavior to design and implement effective solutions that enhance performance and employee engagement.

Michelle Ridgley holds certifications in various tools that assess personal preferences and emotional and social functioning, indicating her commitment to a holistic approach to talent development and management.

Her previous role at Medtronic plc, in the Global HR Talent Assessment & Team Effectiveness department, involved consulting with intact teams and workgroups to facilitate and administer tools that promote high-performing teams. She also worked in Global Talent Management, where she supported the Executive Committee Leadership in identifying top talent potential, organizational and talent planning, VP development planning, and performance management. Michelle's career at Medtronic began as a Learning & Org Development Manager in the Cardiac & Vascular Group, where she assessed professional development and performance improvement needs and delivered performance-based learning solutions. She was also recognized for her leadership in spearheading an award-winning Diversity and Inclusion council that implemented cross-functional programs and processes. Additionally, she led several global teams during her tenure.

Michelle’s educational background includes a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and a Certificate in Organization Development from Cambridge College. She also holds a certificate in Human Performance Improvement (HPI) from ASTD (American Society for Training & Development). She is a graduate of the Partnership’s Fellows Program and UMASS Boston’s Center for Collaborative Leadership’s Emerging Leader’s program, further demonstrating her commitment to professional growth and development.
