To my executive coaching, I bring 30 years of leadership experience across multiple sectors and industries, from running organizations to serving as a senior policy advisor to Boston’s longest-serving Mayor. I am part of an international cohort of coaching and consulting colleagues who continuously develop and refine tools so that clients can access new ways of approaching opportunities, problems, and decisions. I truly love this work with clients in the private, nonprofit, and public sectors.

As an athlete, professional, and parent of three young adults, I excel at assisting clients in finding balance as they maximize impact.
