As a coach, Reggie has been IN-POWERING Leaders to Empower People and Results for more than 20 years. He has a systems approach to inspiring leaders to greatness – not just for themselves, but for the benefit of the organization, as a whole. Reggie is passionate about relationships and results. As a degreed engineer, he is a leadership enthusiast who uses his successful business experience, his systems thinking, and his facilitative mastery to inspire leaders and teams to next-level business results.

Reggie has held multiple leadership positions with Pepsi Bottling and Earthlink Inc, where he successfully drove real business results in manufacturing, sales and operations environments. As a coach, Reggie has done tons of group facilitation. He has traveled globally and worked across a number of industries, including manufacturing, telecommunications, banking, transportation, aerospace, education, high tech, consulting services and more.

With a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University, Reggie holds additional certifications and accreditations, including, a coach certification from The Center for Executive Coaching, Insights Discovery, E.Q. 2.0, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Korn Ferry 360, TOPs Facilitator, Conflict Dynamics Profile, Modern Classroom Certified Facilitator-Trainer.
