Laurie is a seasoned professional, passionate about coaching and leadership development. With almost two decades of experience, she’s seen first had how leadership development can transform teams and individuals. Her commitment to growth and development is evident through her work with a diverse range of professionals.

Laurie completed training through Coach U, holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from McGill University, an MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Management. She is also a Licensed Practitioner of Insights Discovery which she often uses to support the coaching experience. Her diverse experience in Insurance, Life Sciences and Non-profit shapes Laurie's holistic approach to coaching.

Laurie's coaching philosophy centers on nurturing a growth mindset and enhancing self- awareness. Laurie collaborates with clients to set clear, achievable and meaningful goals while embracing new perspectives, challenging existing norms, and engaging in self- reflection. She provides a supportive environment for clients to strive towards their objectives and create the groundwork for continuous personal and professional development.

Clients working with Laurie have gained clearer insight into their professional paths, became more open to considering diverse perspectives, and practiced objective decision-making skills. Through coaching conversations, clients have also deepened their understanding of their own strengths, challenges and the effects of their behaviors on their teams.

Outside of coaching and facilitation, you’ll find Laurie spending time with her two kids and husband – often on the slide lines of a field, or in the gallery section of a pool. Laurie loves to travel and experience new cultures, and has recently picked up exploring the world with her family.
