Susan M. Vitale combines an authentic, creative, dynamic style with her deep insight to humanity, compassion for the human experience, and engaging sense of humor, to guide clients to make meaningful and sustainable change. A motivational speaker, writer, executive coach, consultant, and educator, her mission is to create cultures where people can and want to bring their best to everything they do. For the last three decades, she has coached, consulted, and taught at leading financial institutions, prominent universities, esteemed government and military agencies, and the top medical institutions in the world. She specializes in leadership, communication, teamwork, and coaching. Susan likes to describe her work as “teaching the soft skills that are hardest to learn.” Ms. Vitale earned a B.S in Chemical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an M.S. in Human Resource Counseling from Northeastern University. Susan completed and is certified through CTI’s Coaching and Co-Active Leadership programs. She is the author of Just Say It: 12 Mantras to Empower the Most Resilient, Confident, and Authentic You. Susan lives with her husband John and their dog “Goose” on a lake in New Hampshire where the view, natural beauty, and ever-present wildlife provide peace, faith, and inspiration.
