Marcy brings over 25 years of healthcare Organizational Development experience. Marcy believes facilitators build a safe, respectful and engaging environment that helps learners apply their innate knowledge and experiences to develop new insights and applications. She integrates the principles of Appreciative Inquiry into all of her OD work, starting from identifying strengths and challenging colleagues to create environments where people can be their best selves. Marcy is known for her integrity and commitment to truth-telling, consistency and advocacy for her clients. She embodies humor, self-awareness and a bedrock of trust and safety in all of her interactions. Marcy has coached frontline supervisors through C- suite executives and enjoys challenging her coaching partners with audacious goals that they can actually achieve. Marcy asks tough questions that need to be asked and believes that the future state is an important component of all present action. Most of all, Marcy is committed to the power of individuals to solve their own challenges when supported with creativity and affirmation.
